To say our lakeside centre is unique is no exaggeration; most kitesurf schools have to operate from a van or shop. We’re an established centre that’s been involved in the watersports industry for twenty-five years. But our kitesurf centre is part of the new generation with George, who married into the family, heading it up. With our wealth of experience in kitesurfing, much of which was gained at our kitesurf school in Tarifa, you can be guaranteed a first class kitesurfing lesson.
Camber Sands, the main beach where we run our kitesurfing courses, is only three minutes away. Partners or friends, who don’t fancy kitesurfing, can spend the day at the lake and windsurf and sail, or just sunbathe and enjoy food from our ‘Windy Daze Café’. Because this part of Kent and Sussex is easily accessibly from London via the M.25 and M.20 you can be having your kitesurfing lesson just after breakfast and be back in London for an evening beer, but …
after your kitesurfing lesson our centre is perfect for chilling out and enjoying some Sussex beer whilst watching the sun set over the lake and the medieval town of Rye.
Rye town, with its cobbled streets, tea shops, bars, art galleries and antique shops, is only a ten minute walk away. A perfect place to while away a few hours, or stay overnight to make a week-end of it. Whatever your passsion, kitesurfing, windsurfing or sailing, this spot on the south coast will fulfil all your expectations.
