RYA Sailing Courses

RYA Sailing School – Dinghy Sailing Lessons & Courses in South East England

Established in 1986, Rye Watersports RYA dinghy Sailing School, on the South East Coast and Kent and Sussex border ,offers a range of sailing courses and private sailing lessons from beginner to advanced pupils. Dinghy sailing lessons, on our large coastal lake, are available to anyone living in Kent, Sussex, Surrey or London as we are easily accessible by road or rail from the home counties. Or if you live further afield why not turn your dinghy sailing course into a holiday and stay on this glorious part of the Sussex coast. The lake’s close proximity to the sea makes our RYA Training Centre the perfect venue for a sailing school. Southerly winds blow directly from sea, and being on the tip of the South East Coast they funnel in over the Kent and Sussex shore to create great sea breezes unknown to other inland lakes. Dinghy sailing lessons are run on week days and week-ends from March until November.
