Learn to Stand up paddle board on our beautiful lake between the ancient town of Rye and Camber Sands in East Sussex. Paddle board hire is available by the hour and the demo of SUP boards with a view to buying. We can offer the very best introduction to this popular sport with our experienced BSUPA instructors, and a glorious nature reserve to experience your first Stand Up Paddleboard lesson on. Being just a few minutes from Camber Sands there is that sense of being on the sea but without the problem of waves and tide to contend with.
One of the great advantages of learning with us on our coastal lake in East Sussex is that we don’t have to worry about rough seas or the tide, so lessons never have to be cancelled because of waves that are too big, plus initial training is much easier and the skill quicker to pick up if you are learning on flat water.
